Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp red food coloring
- 1/2 tsp vinegar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into the bottom of the pan to form crust.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, sour cream, cocoa powder, red food coloring, and vinegar. Mix until combined.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over crust and smooth top with a spatula.
