Ingredients

  • 300g pasta (fusilli, penne, or farfalle)

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions
