Ingredients
- 300g pasta (fusilli, penne, or farfalle)

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup mozzarella pearls (or cubed mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted (optional)

- Salt & black pepper to taste
