Ingredients
- 4 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
- 2 cups purple cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp sugar (or honey)
- 1/2 tsp celery seed (optional)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare vegetables: In a large bowl, combine shredded green cabbage, purple cabbage, carrots, and onion.
- Make dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper until smooth.
