Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (700g) beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Prepare marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, oregano, salt, and pepper.
