Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Prepare marinade: In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, zest, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate shrimp: Add shrimp to the mixture and toss well. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
