Ingredients

  • 200g cooked chicken, finely chopped or shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Optional: sour cream or yogurt for dipping

Instructions

  1. Prepare mixture: In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken, broccoli, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form fritters: Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  3. Cook fritters: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook fritters 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
