Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raspberry puree (fresh or frozen, thawed)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan to create the crust.
- Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
