Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into chunks)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions
- Prep skewers: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Make marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate chicken: Add chicken chunks to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best flavor).
- Assemble skewers: Thread marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onion alternately onto skewers.
- Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook skewers 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked (165°F / 74°C inside).
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with dipping sauces or over rice.
