Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prep skewers: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Make marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Marinate chicken: Add chicken cubes to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to overnight for deeper flavor).
  4. Assemble skewers: Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.
