Ingredients
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 fresh passion fruit (or 2 tbsp passion fruit puree)
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tsp sugar (or simple syrup)
- 6–8 fresh mint leaves
- Soda water (to top)
- Ice cubes
- Mint sprig and lime wedge, for garnish
Instructions
- Muddle: In a tall glass, muddle mint leaves, sugar, and lime juice together to release flavors.
- Add passion fruit: Scoop in the pulp of a passion fruit (or add puree) and stir.
- Mix: Add rum and fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Top: Pour soda water to fill the glass and gently stir.
- Garnish: Decorate with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
