Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional garnish: fresh parsley, grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season potatoes: In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme or rosemary, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Bake: Arrange wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
