Ingredients

  • 150g cooked chicken, thinly sliced (or tofu for vegetarian)
  • 1 cup bok choy or napa cabbage, chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles: Prepare noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Prepare broth: In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add broth & seasoning: Pour in chicken or vegetable broth, soy sauce, and bring to a gentle simmer.
