Ingredients

  • 1 cup long-grain white rice (jasmine or basmati works best)

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic: In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (do not burn).
