This Passion Fruit Mojito is a tropical twist on the classic mojito. With fresh passion fruit pulp, lime, mint, rum, and sparkling soda, it’s fruity, refreshing, and perfect for summer parties or relaxing evenings.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 fresh passion fruit (or 2 tbsp passion fruit puree)
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tsp sugar (or simple syrup)
  • 6–8 fresh mint leaves
  • Soda water (to top)
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint sprig and lime wedge, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Muddle: In a tall glass, muddle mint leaves, sugar, and lime juice together to release flavors.
  2. Add passion fruit: Scoop in the pulp of a passion fruit (or add puree) and stir.
  3. Mix: Add rum and fill the glass with ice cubes.
  4. Top: Pour soda water to fill the glass and gently stir.
  5. Garnish: Decorate with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
