- 15 oz (425 g) ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Other Ingredients:
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup extra mozzarella cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Cook noodles: Boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare sauce: In a skillet, cook beef, sausage, onion, and garlic until browned. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and seasonings. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Make cheese mixture: In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, mozzarella, and parsley until combined.
