Ingredients
For the Chicken:
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips

For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Pasta:
- 400 g fettuccine pasta
- 1 tbsp salt (for pasta water)
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook fettuccine until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Season chicken strips with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Make Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese and whisk until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Combine: Toss pasta and chicken into the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
- Serve: Garnish with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley. Serve hot.
